Do you find in this ever-changing world that you wish your self-care was better? Do you notice you tell false stories about yourself and you can’t help but believe them?
Look no further than these daily affirmations for women to cure your troubles.
What Are Positive Affirmations?
To affirm is to state as fact or declare one’s support. Affirmations are statements that affirm what you want to be true. Positive affirmations used in daily life can increase self-worth and create positive change – who doesn’t need more positivity?
Positive daily affirmations can help to counteract low self-esteem. It can be easy to slip into a negative thought cycle and negative self-talk only compounds the negativity and can prolong mental health concerns.
Don’t worry, you aren’t the only person this happens to. Positive affirmations will help train your brain to let go of past mistakes, feel stronger, and own your personal power.
Let’s go through the process of choosing your own daily affirmations and then how to use them.
How Practicing Affirmations Can Have a Positive Impact on Your Life
Don’t take my word for it! Self-affirmations are proven to activate the reward and valuation areas of the brain. By reciting your favorite affirmations you will feel empowered to have an amazing day, to CHOOSE HAPPINESS, and look at all the wonderful things the day can bring you.
Positive affirmations can increase self-worth, positive thinking and inspire a sense of inner peace.
How To Choose Your Own Daily Affirmations
As women, positive daily affirmations can be tough. You are so used to society and people around you telling you all the ways you aren’t good enough. This then makes your negative self-talk have a strong voice. It may prevent you from being able to come up with anything positive to say about yourself.
It’s totally normal and happens to everyone. You can learn more about why with courses like this in the Uplifted 200-hr training. A lot of it has to do with our feminine energy and how to bring it back to life.

You are a phenomenal woman, taking control of your life to have optimal health and lead a life full of joy and success. You can do anything you set your mind to, so let’s set your mind to affirming yourself instead of negating it.
Saying some of these things can feel difficult to start, but even if you don’t believe it at first say it anyways. Keep saying it for 30 days in a row and gauge your belief on the last day. I know you will see improvement.
So what’s the best daily affirmation for you? Let’s make it personal with these easy steps.
Step 1: Make a list of areas where you’d like to feel more confident or improve.
Do you want to improve your self-esteem? Do you want to be more financially healthy? Do you want a new job? Do you want to be your best self? These are jumping-off questions.
Overall what area of your own life do you want to reclaim? Take some deep breaths to consider what it is you want more of in your life.
Are you stuck in negative thought loops?
Things like “No one will ever love me” or “Why do I sound so dumb when I talk?”, perhaps “I’ll never have the success of (insert internet personality here)”. These are untruths that you tell yourself.
These untruths have become dominant and need to be banished. Daily affirmations will set boundaries within your mind and are a powerful tool to combat negative neural pathways.
But here are some important things to remember. Those untruths you’re telling yourself, sit with them and think, is it really you telling them or is it something you’ve been conditioned to think? Likely the latter. Keep that in mind next time you hear those bad thoughts rising. Name the thought and tell it to go away. Remind yourself that it’s not you telling yourself that, but your ego, or whoever implanted the thought and it is not true!
Step 2: Write a sentence that reflects how you want to feel about those things or the mindset you’d like to have.
The words you choose for your affirmation are very critical. Do not use any negative words such as “I don’t want to feel unhappy”.
You want your positive affirmation to be just that, positive. It should be in the present tense, so something like “I am a very happy person” is a much better version of a daily affirmation.
Affirmations are best when they are short and sweet. Try to avoid too many words or run-on sentences.
Following the step one examples, these are the daily affirmations I would write.
- I have high self-esteem
- I am abundant or My finances are flourishing
- I am a success at work doing (insert dream job here)
- I am always the best version of myself
Step 3: Memorize and repeat it to yourself daily.
This is the easiest step. Remember your affirmation and repeat it to yourself as often as possible. The more often you repeat your affirmation the stronger the neural pathway becomes. If you give more energy to your affirmation, the more positive returns you will see manifest in your own life.
Another great way to use daily affirmations is to make a display out of the words. You could write the affirmation on the mirror, or attach a post-it to your computer. Displaying your daily affirmations will allow open opportunities for unexpected reminders 😊
PRO TIP: Give thought to when you use your positive affirmations as well. Morning affirmations will lead to feeling fabulous and a most amazing day. Bedtime affirmations can relax you and help you ease off to dreamland more gracefully. Then you might also have a set of affirmations you keep in your back pocket for when a moment of anxiety creeps up throughout the day too.
The beauty of affirmations is they can be applied to anything at any time whenever you need them.
Daily Affirmations For Women – Why Now?
Women deal with a lot of negative thoughts about themselves. Pressure is put on women to be so perfect in their words and actions. Not only this but women are expected to be “superheroes” in this modern world.
Work the 9-5, raise the kids, manage the household, and the activities, take care of family members outside the house when needed, and be grateful that you get to do it all. Oh, the joy of being a modern woman am I right? 🙄
When the impossibly high standards society has placed upon women are not met, there becomes a breeding ground for negative self-talk to creep in and attack our self-esteem.
Creating positive daily affirmations is an excellent tool to combat these harmful societal standards and allow your authentic self to be loved by you! You are worth it! Everyone is here for a purpose, no one is unlovable.
As a woman, you must start giving yourself unconditional love, and having a go-to set of positive daily affirmations for women is a good place to start. The habit of telling yourself something positive every day will change the way you see yourself and improve your life.

Cultivating gratitude in each moment will reinforce the new neural pathways we want to create. This study was one of the first to research what a grateful attitude can do. They found that “a conscious focus on blessings may have emotional and interpersonal benefits.”
By actively engaging in this self-love practice, you are granting your essence more positivity and opportunity for more to come into your life.
