Thank you for being here. We know policies aren’t the most exciting part of purchasing a course, membership, book, or digital product, but they’re important. These Terms of Sale explain what you can expect when purchasing from Uplifted Yoga, LLC and help us support every customer clearly, consistently, and fairly.

By purchasing from Uplifted Yoga LLC, you agree to these Terms of Sale, along with any additional checkout terms, receipt terms, product-specific policies, and our Terms & Conditions & Waiver. Digital Products, Self-Study Courses & Online Programs

Unless a specific money-back guarantee is clearly stated on the applicable sales page or checkout page, all digital products, self-study courses, online trainings, workshops, bundles, downloads, and other digital purchases are final and non-refundable. Because access to course materials and digital resources is provided immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available due to non-use, failure to access, failure to complete, or because you later discover that some or all of the content is included in another Uplifted Yoga course, training, membership, bundle, or program.

Special offers, checkout add-ons, bonus purchases, optional upgrades, and promotional pricing are also non-refundable. If purchase or tuition credit is approved from an authorized Uplifted team member, it may only be applied toward eligible Uplifted Yoga courses or certification programs at our discretion.

 

Payment Plans, Failed Payments & Chargebacks

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay the full purchase price. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled after enrollment or purchase. You authorize Uplifted Yoga,LLC and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to participate in, access, or complete a course or program does not cancel your payment obligation.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and provide an opportunity to update your payment method. If your account remains past due after a second failed payment attempt, we may suspend access to course materials, memberships, live calls, recordings, community spaces,  and other program content until your balance is current. If your payment plan is cancelled due to repeated failed payments, reinstatement may require a custom invoice or checkout link, and a $100 administrative fee may apply.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not cancel your purchase agreement, enrollment, subscription, or payment obligation. We reserve the right to suspend access while a dispute is pending and to provide documentation supporting the transaction to the payment processor or financial institution.

Coupons, Discounts & Promotional Pricing

Coupons, discounts, and promotional pricing must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively or used to refund the difference after purchase. Promotional offers may include expiration dates, eligibility requirements, or product restrictions, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Courses with a Money-Back Guarantee

Select courses may include a specific money-back guarantee. When offered, the guarantee terms will be clearly stated on the sales page and accepted during checkout.

To qualify, you must satisfy all listed requirements—including any completion, workbook, challenge, email, or deadline requirements—within the stated guarantee period. Refund requests that do not meet those requirements, are submitted after the guarantee period, or are based solely on non-use are not eligible for a refund.

Uplifted Membership

The Uplifted Membership is offered as a recurring monthly or yearly subscription that automatically renews unless cancelled before your next billing date.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting support before your next renewal. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period or any previous payments. If your payment has already been processed, that payment is final and non-refundable, and your access will continue through the remainder of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

Because access to membership content is provided immediately upon purchase and renewal, all membership payments are final. Chargebacks and payment disputes do not replace the cancellation process or terminate your subscription agreement.

Download & Intellectual Property

Where available, certain content may be downloaded within the Uplifted app for offline viewing. Unless otherwise stated, downloads are available only within the app and remain subject to these Terms of Sale.

All videos, manuals, workbooks, practices, downloads, recordings, graphics, logos, written materials, and other content provided by Uplifted Yoga, LLC are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license for your own use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, teach, publish, sell, modify, or otherwise use our materials without prior written permission.

Waiver of Liability

Participation in yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, movement, fitness, and coaching activities involves inherent physical and emotional risks. By participating, you voluntarily accept responsibility for your own health and well-being.

You agree to practice within your own abilities, modify as needed, discontinue any activity that causes discomfort, and consult an appropriate healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, injuries, pregnancy, or health conditions. Uplifted Yoga, LLC or its trainers are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation.

Physical Products

Physical products, including books, journals, manuals, DVDs, and printed materials, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a defective item, please email info@upliftedyoga.com with photos and a description of the issue so we can review your request and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, exchange rate differences, foreign transaction fees, or reshipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Where refunds are issued, they are processed in U.S. dollars less any processing fees.

Non-Transferability

Purchases, enrollments, memberships, subscriptions, and course access are personal to the original purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned without the prior written consent of Uplifted Yoga, LLC.

TO CANCEL YOUR UPLIFTED™ MEMBERSHIP

Follow these steps to change your method of payment should any issues arise:

If you joined Uplifted™ *after* January 1, 2019:

  1. Go to go https://upliftedyoga.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/
  2. Enter the email associated with your Uplifted™ Account
  3. Find your Uplifted™ subscription, either under Trailing or Current
  4. If you wish to change your payment method, you can do that on this screen
  5.  If you wish to cancel, click “view” and then the “cancel” button. We’ll miss you – come back soon!

If you joined *before* January 1, 2019:

Click HERE or contact VHX HERE via email with subject “cancel subscription” at support@brettlarkin.com. If you “pause” your membership, your current rate stays the same. You can only pause your account for 2 months before your payments will automatically resume.

You may also choose to email us with subject line “cancel subscription” at info@upliftedyoga.com at least three business days prior to your next billing cycle and we can cancel your membership for you.

Once you cancel your membership, you lose your current membership. If the membership rate increases, you’ll need to re-sign up at the new membership rate.
