This is a 45-minute slow hatha yoga sequence you can try at home on the theme of cultivating the opposite. It’s appropriate for beginners with a very basic knowledge of yoga as well as intermediate. There are not a lot of chaturangas or fast transitions, but it is challenging and heating. Holding poses for a long time = great for muscles.
I highly suggested dimming the lights and trying to do as much of this practice as you can with your eyes closed.
