I used to hear the word “boundary” and thought that it meant putting up an energetic brick wall. This was not fun (and not feasible). In today’s episode, I share practical tips about what I’ve learned on setting and holding boundaries with an open heart. Most of us have been conditioned to think that “boundaries = confrontation” and even physically tense up when we have to hold a boundary or say “no.” The tips I share today will help with that:
Notice boundaries in nature
Make your boundaries intensely personal (even if they are outlandish)
Get clear and accept the boundary within yourself self (otherwise you can’t expect anyone else to uphold it
Deliver your boundary with an open heart
